6 TROUBLESHOOTING: Insufficient Water to Scrub Head SOLUTION LEVEL Check the machine’s solution level in the solution tank by looking at the exterior clear sight hose. This is located on the operator’s left side of the machine. There should be a visual sign of solution. If no visual sign of solution is present, fill the solution tank to the desired level for operation. SOLUTION SHUT-OFF VALVE The solution shut-off valve is located behind the wheel on the operator’s left side of the machine. Verify that the valve is in the open position for the solution to flow from the solution tank. SOLUTION CONTROL KNOB Solution flow is controlled by the flow control knob. If there is still low solution flow condition, check the setting on the knob on the lower control board. This may be turned down to the lowest setting. Turn the knob to the middle setting and operate the machine to check for sufficient solution deployment. Ball Valve is OPEN = Solution Flows Ball Valve is CLOSED = No Flow
