Mild acid detergent. Floor neutralizer.
Concentrated blend of acids and detergents this product tackles difficult jobs. MAD will remove rust, lime and scale from hard non-porous surfaces. Since it does not contain harsh sulfuric acids, it will not harm floors or drains. MAD is designed to remove soap scum and body oils from shower stalls, restroom floors, and swimming pools. This product is also formulated to remove water minerals and lime scale deposits from surfaces. This mild acid detergent cleans and brightens aluminum, magnesium, stainless steel, copper, and chrome. It can also be used to prepare steel or aluminum for painting.

Directions for Use

Removes rust, oxidation, and corrosion from any rust stained surface and all metals. Not recommended for use on Formica® or other surfaces harmed by acid products. Test in an inconspicuous area prior to use.
To clean shower stalls, fixtures, drinking fountains, ceramic tile, floors and walls use 2 ounces detergent per gallon or 16 mL/L (1:64) of water.
FLOOR NEUTRALIZER: To remove residue from salt or calcium chloride on finished floors – dilute 5oz. per gallon (1:25) of water. Mop or scrub floor and then follow with a clean water rinse.
NEUTRALIZE AFTER STRIPPING: Dilute 3oz. / gallon (1:40) of water. Mop or scrub floor and then follow with a clean water rinse.
To remove rust, oxidation and heavy carbonate use detergent undiluted. Allow to soak for 10 minutes and rinse well with water.
To clean and brighten stainless steel, aluminum, copper and chrome use full strength, rinse and wipe dry.
To delime automatic dishwashers use 2 ounces detergent to each gallon or 16 mL/L (1:64) of water in wash or rinse tank of machine. Run for 15 minutes. Drain. Follow with dishwashing detergent.
To remove water spots from glasses use 2 ounces per gallon or 16 mL/L (1:64) of water, rinse with potable water.
