make him a strong addition to our team.
Guillermo often reflects on his first job working a cash register at a McDonald’s, an experience that helped shape his strong work ethic early on. Outside of work, Guillermo values time with his family. His wife of more than 20 years, Rashida, and
their three children, Isabella, Skylar-Rose, and Mason, are his daily motivation.
