Recommended for properly prepared hard surfaces including VCT, LVT/LVP, concrete, cememtitious & epoxy terrazzo, and other resilient flooring.
Restorative Maintenance
1. Completely remove old finish, wax, and soil following Betco's Green Earth Floor Stripper label instructons
2. Rinse thoroughly; surface must be clean, dry, and residue free
3. Apply uniform, thin to medium coats using a clean synthetic mop, microfiber mop, or applicator system
4. Allow each coat to dry compltely before applying additional coats (typically 20-30 munites)
5. Apply a minimum of 4 coats for optimal performance
Note: Dry time may vary based on humidity, coat thickness, and temperature
Routine Maintenance
1. Sweep and dust mop regularly
2. Damp mop or autoscrub using BetcoGreen Earth Daily Floor Cleaner
Interim Maintenance
1. Sweep and dust mop
2. Tob scrub using Green Earth Daily Floor Cleaner and green or maroon pad
3. Rinse if necessary and allow floor to dry
4. Apply 2 coats as directed above
