    Jenifer brings more than 20 years of experience in sales leadership, brand strategy, and enterprise account management. Prior to joining Betco, she held senior leadership roles where she launched new revenue streams, led large-scale transformations, and earned multiple awards recognizing her commitment to partnership and performance excellence.

    Outside of work, Jenifer is always on the move. In 2023, she completed 23 half marathons and is a mom to two active kids (ages 9 and 13) involved in travel soccer and theater. She enjoys traveling, reading, and cheering from the sidelines—with her two miniature schnauzers by her side. She lives by the belief: “Success isn’t always about greatness. It is about consistency.     Originally launched in 2023, MyBetco quickly became a trusted tool for training, team management, and business support. While the platform was widely used, we recognized an opportunity to enhance it further. The upgraded portal introduces several key enhancements to improve the training experience and streamline daily operations:

    • Personalized Dashboard – Customized home page highlights training content that is most relevant to each user.
    • More Intuitive Team and User Management – Users and team structures are easily configured by Team Leads.

    • Enhanced Learner Access – Improved navigation makes it easier for learners to find and complete courses.

    We are pleased to announce that Blake Stephenson has been hired as the Facilities Solutions Specialist for northern Ohio, Indiana, and southern Michigan. In this role, Blake will provide training to distributors and end users, conduct demonstrations in the field, install and service products, and assist direct service representatives in the region. He looks forward to expanding his knowledge of Betco® solutions and learning from other skilled professionals on the team.

    Blake has served in various roles, including Supply Chain Manager at a contract manufacturer, Direct Service Representative specializing in facility solutions, and Director of Operations for a building service contractor. We are excited to see how his account management skills, commitment to hard work, and firm belief in collaboration will benefit him in his new role at Betco.

    Outside of Betco, Blake is an avid outdoorsman and sports enthusiast, often spending time chartering Lake Erie’s waters. Blake, his wife Kelly, and 16-month-old son Benjamin are excited to welcome another addition to their family in May 2025.

    We are pleased to announce that Russ Pjetrovic has been hired on as the Regional Sales Director for New York. In his role, Russ will develop new distribution channels and grow relationships with existing distributors in the New York metro market. He will also assist direct sales representatives in helping customers by conducting product demonstrations and supporting the sales process in a collaborative, hands-on approach.

    Russ brings more than 19 years of experience in the janitorial and sanitation industry, with experience at a major chemical manufacturer and at a manufacturing company that specializes in skin care. We are excited to see how his background will benefit him in his role at Betco® and further strengthen our team.

    Russ resides in northern New Jersey, just outside of New York City. In his free time, he enjoys spending time in nature at his country vacation home, playing basketball, and swimming. One of his favorite yearly experiences is traveling back home to Montenegro.

    Brian will also work closely with various teams to streamline sales processes, foster strategic partnerships, and support customer service initiatives that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. His leadership will be crucial in aligning the business with its long-term goals and expanding our market presence.

    For the past 5 years, Brian has been an essential part of Betco’s Sales Team. His industry knowledge and strong customer relationships have made him an invaluable asset.
